Coaching

Beyond training, coaching is an essential component of implementing the Pyramid Model. Our team provides both individual and group-based coaching to help early childhood education providers improve their Pyramid Model practices. Our coaching is guided by the Practice Based Coaching model, which is founded on relationships, joint planning and goals setting, focused observation and reflection and feedback.
